Mark your calenders now for the weekend of July 21st and 22nd, 2012 for the 3rd annual Washington State Tolbert Championship Chili cook-off on Saturday and the Oregon's Best Chili cookoff on Sunday, both featuring the BEST chili cooks of the Pacific North West, and even possibly the World(more details soon). The Washington State Championship will be held during the Kalama Fair at the fabulous Kalama Fairgrounds. This years event will have large prize packages for the "Home Style Chili" competition. Also there will be awards for "Showmanship". The winner of the main "Red chili" contest in Kalama will be eligible to compete in the 46th Original Terlingua International Frank X.Tolbert-Wick Fowler Championship Chili Cook-off in Terlingua, Texas.



The Oregon's Best Chili cookoff will be held at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in St. Helens. More information coming very soon for both cook-offs!


This will be a wild, chili fun filled weekend, don't miss out, mark your calenders now!!
